Three (3) sessions of Personal Life Coaching for one person over the course of one month. Live or telephone coaching. Includes three one hour sessions and email support for. A wonderful investment to have a personal coach trainer in your life.

Six (6) sessions of Personal Life Coaching for one person over the course of two months. Live or telephone coaching. Includes six one hour sessions and email support.
